HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be processed before it ships. You will be notified if there any delays in your shipment outside of this timeframe. If you need an item sent quickly to make a deadline, please let us know and we’ll try our hardest to work something out.
Backordered and pre-order items will require additional processing time. Please send us an email if you have any questions about this.
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
We ship packages and return emails from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. If you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back in the studio.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We ship United States domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! You will be provided a tracking number for your order via email when your order has been shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES! Currently, I ship all paper prints to all major international countries. Tote bags, mugs and apparel are only available in the USA. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders. Please visit the checkout page for more information on international shipping rates.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 business days of order delivery. Please visit our return policy page for more details.
